South Central Pennsylvania has excellent general dentists. What it does not have, within a reasonable radius, is a prosthodontist-led full-mouth team — a specialist in rebuilding entire arches working alongside an oral surgeon, a dedicated anesthesiologist and a laboratory in the same building.
That combination is rare because it is expensive to assemble, and it tends to exist only in major metropolitan markets. So patients across Franklin, Adams, Cumberland and Fulton counties get referred out piece by piece: one office extracts, another places implants, a third makes the teeth, and a laboratory somewhere else fabricates them. Nobody owns the final result.
We built this program for exactly that patient. The planning happens remotely, the surgical and restorative work is consolidated into one coordinated trip, and lodging is arranged so a two-hour drive does not turn into six separate ones.
